TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All guests must carry original identification:
- Tourists: Original passport
- Residents: Valid Emirates ID or passport
- All participants must wear closed shoes for desert activities.
- Abusive or reckless behavior, or consumption of alcohol, may lead to:
- Immediate termination of the tour
- Applicable fines
- No refunds in such cases
- Littering in the desert is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy applies to new bookings. Existing bookings retain the cancellation terms agreed when they booked.
- Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled experience.
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the scheduled experience.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience, or for a no-show.
