Bring your people together for desert team building in Mleiha, with hosted challenges, shared discovery and dinner available at camp.
Our desert team-building programmes bring colleagues together in Mleiha National Park, Sharjah. Choose a hosted circuit around camp, a treasure hunt through the dunes, or a strategy-led exploration game, with custom activities and dinner available in your proposal.
A shared challenge at camp
Gather your team for an afternoon of practical challenges, clear thinking and friendly competition, in one location around Zerzura camp.
The selection and pace are shaped around your group. Add a shared Domino Challenge finale, then continue into dinner at camp.
Plan Desert ChallengeCreate a team name, identity and shared introduction.
Guide one another through a challenge within a marked obstacle area.
Complete a sequence of tasks with different communication roles.
Guide a ball along sections of pipe, coordinating every handover.
Move a game prop through a coordinated team manoeuvre.
A story waiting in the dunes
A merchant’s lost journal sets the scene for a fictional desert adventure. Follow the map, solve the clues and gather the fragments that lead to the treasure waiting at camp.
Hosted waypoints bring navigation, observation and puzzles into the experience. Each discovery gives the team another piece of the story.
Plan the Treasure HuntPlot your course
Take on the role of an exploration crew. Gather survey information, decide where to invest your game resources and construct a model oil derrick.
The challenge moves from navigation and planning into practical construction. Your team presents its decisions before the models are put to the test.
Plan the Oil Hunt

Build, test and rethink a freestanding structure with limited materials.
Work through logic puzzles, riddles and coded clues.
Exchange pieces with other teams to complete your puzzle.
Construct separate halves of a bridge, then bring them together.
Connect the course and set the final chain reaction in motion.
For company family days and mixed-age groups, add a relaxed rhythm with Soft Archery, Giant Jenga, art and ceramic crafts, face painting, Who Am I? or a Drum Circle.
Activities are selected for guests’ ages and interests. Your proposal confirms hosts, materials and arrangements.
